GENERAL TERMS
• You must read and accept my terms and conditions.
• You credit me, Niikoko, as the artist
• Payment will be through Paypal
• Please send me your receipt of payment as proof.
• Prices are in USDPROCESS & DELIVERY
• So far I don't have an estimated time of delivery, but I will update you throughout the process.
• I don't do well with harsh deadlines.
• You may request a seperate version (fx one with glasses one without or one hair colour vs another) I may charge a fee depending on severity!
• Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image as a PNG unless specified otherwise.
• There is NO physical product.REVISIONS
• You are allowed 3 revisions for free while working on the piece (sketch phase and color changes are for free)
• Any changes after the completed piece will be charged a fee for.
• If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it.COPYRIGHT & USAGE
NIIKOKO (THE ARTIST)
• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolioYOU,THE CUSTOMER
• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
• You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (merch, prints, keychains, stickers, etc) without my ( the artist's) permission and purchasing those commercial rights for a fee.
• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
• You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable.
• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
• You may not use my ( the artist's) artwork to feed AI, as NFT, tracing, copying, editing etc. without permission.REFUND POLICY
• The buyer is not allowed a full refund after the sketch phase.
• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your order before I started working on it, you can get a full refund.
• You agree to NOT chargeback me! If you do not get a product, I will refund.
